Conference Registration Refund Policy
If you have already paid the Gravisite Conference Registration Fee and need to cancel for any reason within 60 days of the event, you are eligible for a FULL REFUND of your registration fee.
However, if a cancellation occurs LESS than 60 days before the Gravisite Conference, we regret to inform you that NO REFUND will be granted. This is due to the Hotel's requirement for a final attendee count, and all collected funds are allocated towards essential expenses, including marketing, food and beverage, presentation and equipment, and other daily fees associated with the event.

Please Note: The ticket purchase site we use for registration, TicketSpice, offers an optional purchase protection plan for $127.51 per ticket. This plan is separate from our refund policy outlined above. The purchase protection is managed directly by TicketSpice and may cover your registration fee if you are forced to cancel less than 60 days before the event due to qualifying circumstances such as illness, injury, COVID-19, transportation failure, legal obligations, a death in the family, or acts of nature.
